#1: You’ll Save Money on Energy BillsAccording to a study performed at the University of New Mexico, softened water can reduce hot water heating costs nearly 30% (21.7% to 29.6%). That means that with a Culligan water softener in your home, you’ll save money every month when the electricity bill comes around! This is why a Culligan water softener can usually pay for itself in monthly savings.
#2: Your Water-Using Appliances Will Last LongerHard water causes a build-up of minerals that can damage your water-using appliances, which means you’ll have to replace them sooner. By using a Culligan water softener, you can increase the lifespan of your dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee pot, humidifier, and hot tub! Considering how expensive these appliances are, doesn’t it seem like a smart investment to make sure that you have clear, soft water flowing through them so you can put off having to replace your expensive dishwasher and laundry machine?
#3: Your Pipes Will Last LongerHard water has the same effect on your pipes as it does on appliances: it causes a buildup of minerals and other materials that can clog your pipes, reduce your water pressure, and cause all sorts of plumbing nightmares. By installing a Culligan water softener, you’ll be ensuring that only clear, soft water runs through your house–helping your pipes to stay in better condition and last longer. Plus, by keeping your water pressure strong, you’ll have more enjoyable showers every morning!
#4: Your Home Will Stay Cleaner (And Be Easier to Clean)Hard water causes all sorts of issues around the home. It can create rings and stains on your bathroom fixtures, and also causes streaking in your glasses (this could be why your dishes never seem to come 100% clean in the dishwasher). But with Culligan-soft water running through your home, that will all be a thing of the past. Your home will naturally stay cleaner, because there will be much less hard-water buildup around your fixtures and on your glasses. Also, because soft water is easier to rinse clean, washing your home will be faster & easier! Your floors will come clean much more easily because you won’t have that film and soap scum that hard water leaves behind. Plus, you won’t have to use as much soap (a study by the Batelle Institute revealed that a water softener reduces soap usage up to 75%!)
#5: You’ll Have Noticeably Better-Looking Skin & HairWith soft water, you can say goodbye to soap build-up on your skin and hair. Skin stays softer and healthier when its natural oils are allowed to remain and aren’t covered by a mineral build-up. When you rinse with soft water, soap & other products will wash out easier. You’ll also be able to use gentler soaps, and your skin will feel softer and cleaner. Many people also report that rough, dry skin diminishes naturally with soft water. Without a buildup of minerals in your hair, you’ll find that your hair is softer and easier to manage, brush, and de-tangle. Finally, if you color your hair, it will keep its radiant new color longer if it’s washed with soft water.
#6: Your Clothes and Towels Will Stay Brighter & SofterHard water doesn’t just cause problems in your appliances & pipes–it also wreaks havoc on your laundry! After your Culligan water softener is installed, you’ll notice that your clothes won’t fade or lose their color as quickly. Instead, your clothes will maintain their bright, vibrant color–so they look (and feel) new, longer. You’ll also be pleasantly surprised to find that your towels stay fuller and fluffier. This means that you can also save money on clothes & towels, because your clothes will stay in better condition and continue to look great for years!
#7: It’s Rated a Consumers Digest “Best Buy”Our water softener has been named a Consumer’s Digest “Best Buy” for years now. And you want to know why? A Culligan high-efficiency water softener can save you up to 46% in operating costs compared to many of our competitors’ water softeners. Those kind of savings can really add up over time. More importantly, every Culligan water softener comes with friendly Culligan Man service–so whether you need service, salt delivery, or help moving your softener from your old home to your new home, we’ll be here to help. We live and work in your community and we’re here to stay. After all, what good is our top of the line Limited Lifetime Warranty if there’s not going to be someone here in another 20 years to honor it?

Dakota was very courteous and did a good job changing my filters and enlighten me of the changes happening to improve customer service in the future. addressing some of the concerns the I spoke about when I called your office the other day. I will install a combination lock on the side gate close to the park. I"ll call your office with the combination. As I am disabled maybe we will have no more delivery's on my front porch. Again Dakota as a first impression, is and asset to your business.
Wonderful service from Culligan's for our business. With Brandon we get reliable and courteous deliveries.

I just had your Service Tech, Jerry, come out to fix my water system which had sprung a leak. He was very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. He even recognized that we needed to have filters changed and was able to take care of that as well as fix the leak problem. Thank you for sending Jerry to fix our system. He's a good representative for your company.

When Dakota came to our home today to change out our water filters (per our request)--we were just going to ask him to remove the unit, due to poor service under the previous leadership. We were so surprised when Dakota arrived and explained everything that he was doing on the unit. He answered every question that I had. He was so polite and professional. He is definitely an ambassador for your company in displaying dignity and compassion to your customers. Just wanted to say we are staying with Culligan, because of the professionalism that Dakota displayed. This is the first time that we have received "EXCELLENT" customer service with the current company. We were so happy with our service that we signed a contract with Dakota to renew it. Thank-you so much to the new leadership for showing that you really do care about your customers and their concerns.
I had my Culligan drinking water system (Aquacleer) installed last Feb 2015. I am satisfied with the installation and the service provided by Culligan personnel. PS Tommy Kulpa was inspecting my system and he has been both cordial and helpful.
