Fantastic service from Randy. He fixed a leak in one of the connecting pipes to my water softener. Randy is amazing; I mention about the freeze last year, Randy offers to put insulation around my pipes. He even provided me with his personal cell number, text and check on me to make sure there no leak. He just wants to make sure that the job is done right.
