This system is as advertised. We are happy that what has been promised has been delivered. I bought your whole house water softener and water purification with your promise of my water not smelling like rotten eggs anymore, but it smells stronger after your services. When I bought the whole house water filter the guy did not even test the water to see what's in it, he only tested it for hardness which only proved the softener was working. After I spent several thousand with yall, my water smells worse the before. No follow up testing of my water was done. Promises were made but not kept. Please fix it.Update: they are working with me to remove the smell,I have changed my review to reflect there customer service and diligence in helping me with my stinky water.Update #2: there perseverance and continued support has changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because they have gone above and beyond to help. The smell in my water at this point is not as bad as when I began but it is still here. I will continue to do some tips and tricks from the Culligan service guy and I hope soon to be rid of the smell. I will update on the smell if it goes away. They need to give Phil a raise because this man really knows how to do the best job to customer satisfaction. Thanks Culligan.
