The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

I appreciate his ability to listen to my questions and concerns instead of most service calls its a sprint to solve the problem and leave the customer standing at the door with 101 questions still. Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . Hope you are taking good care of Dakota so he can service my house in the years to come if any issues or needs arise!

The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

Of course we love the water, but we also love our driver, Brandon. He is always polite, punctual and courteous. We look forward to seeing him every month.

Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

Dakota was very professional and knowledgeable about the services that he was rendering during my home visit. He throughly explained the procedure to me in simple terms and I was very appreciative of that. The customer service that Dakota displayed was truly remarkable and I'm proud to be a customer of Culligan of DFW.

We needed a new reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. Dakota explained all of the features, pricing, and gave us all the information we needed for the system. He did a great job, and I would recommend Culligan and Dakota to anyone!

I was very pleased with my service appointment today. The service technician, Juan, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time in the designated window and worked quickly and efficiently to replace the filters on the unit. He was pleasant and patiently answered my questions. He completed the job in about 15-20 minutes allowing me to continue on with my day.

It's nice to have the Culligan water softener at home. Good drinking water, smooth tasty water. Soft water for bath & cleaning. No rust or residue in taps or shower.
