Culligan of Dallas has an excellent service tech employee in Noel. We have had a Culligan reverse osmosis water system since 1988. Noel was very courteous, friendly and professional. Culligan is the best water service company I have ever worked with. Their employees are very enjoyable and professional. Robert takes care of us in our office with prompt bi-weekly deliveries. During the hot season, we tend to drink more water, causing us to deplete our water resources rather quickly. We love our Culligan Spring water, it is so convenient. It's affordable and tastes amazing! No waiting on those cold days for hot chocolate ready to go. Chad always delivers water to our agency and is super friendly and always has a smile for everyone. He is always eager to help us change the 5 gallon bottle whenever we have it on empty and that is a huge thing for us because we are all women and always on the phone or with a customer so its nice that he helps us with that. At first, we were not eager to get a water delivery company because we always have gotten individual water bottles, but now knowing how much we are saving in $$ and in the environment by not using water bottles, it definitely makes us feel good. Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

We just had our water treatment system installed this past week and Gustavo did an amazing job. Great care was taken during the installation process and we are looking forward to using this system.

The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

I appreciate his ability to listen to my questions and concerns instead of most service calls its a sprint to solve the problem and leave the customer standing at the door with 101 questions still. Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

I appreciate his ability to listen to my questions and concerns instead of most service calls its a sprint to solve the problem and leave the customer standing at the door with 101 questions still. Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

I would like to recognize our delivery driver, Mitch, for his absolutely wonderful service and outstanding attitude. Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

It's nice to have the Culligan water softener at home. Good drinking water, smooth tasty water. Soft water for bath & cleaning. No rust or residue in taps or shower.
