As a Culligan filter system owner I want to drop you a line and offer some Kudos to one of your service personnel, Dakota from your Nocona area.
The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.
Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

I just had your Service Tech, Jerry, come out to fix my water system which had sprung a leak. He was very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. He even recognized that we needed to have filters changed and was able to take care of that as well as fix the leak
